Stephanie Mavroleon joined MHV in late 2023 as a Senior Accountant, after building a career in London spanning more than a decade. She has an enhanced experience in handling large corporate clients and high net worth individuals, across a wide range of industries, including media and entertainment.
Stephanie’s professional path has been marked by significant achievements in financial management and leading initiatives that increased operational productivity. Amongst her accomplishments, she introduced and implemented cost-efficient software solutions, improved internal quality control, and streamlined workflow processes. In her current role at MHV, she supports the Finance Manager in preparing financial reporting, assisting with statutory audit processes, and dealing with daily business transactions.
Stephanie holds a first-class BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Middlesex in the UK and is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is characterised by a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and demonstrates high levels of commitment, adaptability, and team spirit.
A dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Elena Kaspari joined MHV in November 2021 to oversee the group’s consolidation and accounting functions. This involves the development and implementation of necessary accounting policies and systems, building and managing the in-house accounting department, coordinating the audit of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRSs, preparing various internal reports and managing the day-to-day company transactions and payments.
Before joining MHV, Elena worked at PwC Cyprus in the audit and assurance department, managing a portfolio of local and international clients across a wide range of industries, including hospitality and leisure, construction, real estate and investment holding. She also has experience as a Fiduciary Services Provider and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. Elena holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester, UK and is an ACA Qualified Chartered Accountant, as well as a registered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
A graduate of Nottingham University’s five-year ARB/RIBA recognised course in Architecture, Vivian Pashiali-Pattihis brings a wealth of experience in both design and project management to her role as Design Manager at MHV, joining the company in 2024.
With a career that spans more than 15 years, Vivian has made significant contributions to large-scale and high-end residential projects. Her tenure at the esteemed ZAHA HADID Architects in London lasted 9 years, during which she worked on prominent projects such as the Opus in Dubai, the BEEAH Headquarters in Sharjah, and the Eleftheria Square masterplan in Nicosia. Her expertise also extends to leading high-end residential projects at Kythreotis Architects in Cyprus, from concept design and development through to on-site problem-solving. More recently, as the Facilities and Building Engineer – Architect for Cyprus’ State Health Services Organisation (SHSO), she coordinated technical team operations and contributed to refurbishment and development projects through tender preparation and participation.
Vivian is a multifaceted professional with interests ranging from ceramics, tango, and furniture design to photography and travelling, enriching her architectural perspective with a diverse array of cultural and artistic insights.
Following an expansive 29-year career and an impressive portfolio of managing large-scale multimillion-dollar projects, spanning residential real estate, commercial development, and the industrial and energy sectors, Michael Savvides assumed the role of Head of Development at MHV in early 2024.
With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology, Michael began his career as a Project Manager in the United States, where he was pivotal in the successful procurement, execution, and completion of both private and public projects. Upon returning to Europe, he lent his expertise to consulting or managing construction for numerous large-scale projects across Greece, Cyprus, and Russia. More recently, he served as Vice President of Construction at the Navios Port Expansion Project in Uruguay, Managing Director at Apexx Project Management in Cyprus, and Chief Project and Technical Officer at the Limassol Greens Golf Resort.
Michael’s leadership is marked by his multicultural insight and practical solutions throughout the project cycle, making him an effective communicator known for his integrity and ability to inspire loyalty and camaraderie. Fluent in three languages, his broad understanding of strategy, finance, and operations in project, program, and organisational settings further distinguishes him in his field.
Konstantinos joined MHV in October 2021 as the group’s CFO. He is responsible for the financial operations of the group and manages relationships with investors and lenders. He is also actively involved in securing financing for MHV projects, in the asset acquisition and disposal process.
Before joining MHV, Konstantinos spent seven years as the Finance Head and a Director of McArthurGlen’s Designer Outlets in Greece and Spain, where he oversaw financial operations, asset refinancing and relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions and brand partners.
Prior to McArthurGlen, Konstantinos was a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s financial advisory practice in Greece. During his ten-year tenure, he advised on numerous projects across a wide range of industries, including M&As, business valuations and due diligence, with an aggregate transaction value of over two billion euros.
Konstantinos is a CFA charterholder and an ACCA chartered certified accountant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
In his spare time, he has been a guest speaker at various under-graduate and graduate programs at the Athens University of Economics and Business, lecturing on business valuations, M&As and other finance topics.
Previously appointed within MHV’s portfolio as Cluster Group Director of Finance for Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa and The Landmark Nicosia, Aristos was promoted to his current senior executive role of Chief Operating Officer of the company in 2022. In this new position, he oversees the group’s operating units, logistics, financial analysis, feasibility studies and data science, aiding MHV in enhancing efficiency across the company. With an extensive background in various key management positions within the hospitality sector, he brings expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Auditing, Internal Controls, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting.
Prior to his most recent role with MHV, Aristos spent eight years rising through the ranks within Kanika Group, holding positions such as Financial Manager, Group Internal Audit Manager and Acting Chief Financial Officer. In addition to the travel and tourism industry, he also has six and a half years of experience working at a ‘Big 5’ financial advisory firm. Aristos holds a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics & Operation Research from the University of Manchester and an ACA chartered accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Managing all aspects of MHV’s legal function, Kypros’ overall goal is to reduce the group’s legal risk. In addition to continuously evaluating and setting the legal team’s longer-term strategic initiatives, Kypros’ vast spectrum of responsibilities includes ongoing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), financing/refinancing projects, licensing agreements and general corporate day-to-day matters. He also assists MHV’s various business units in achieving group commercial objectives. This involves collaborating with stakeholders on projects ranging from real estate sales and development to licensing and leasing of commercial spaces within the group’s portfolio of high-end hotels. He further manages board and investor relations and relationships with financial institutions.
With an LLB from Bristol University, Kypros is a dual-qualified Lawyer, trained as a Solicitor of England and Wales and an advocate of Cyprus. His extensive experience primarily lies in finance and corporate/M&A transactions, having worked on a range of high-profile, cross-border transactions in both London and Cyprus. This includes seven years at a City law firm in London before moving back to Cyprus to join a Big Four-affiliated legal practice, where he managed a team of seven before leaving at the Director level.
With an expansive career of over two decades in the hospitality industry, Katerina brings exceptional multi-brand expertise in various realms of marketing, including digital, partner and loyalty, as well as PR and offline strategies.

Katerina’s career began in Greece, first at Sani Resort in Chalkidiki and then at Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens, before moving to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Headquarters in Brussels. During her more-than-decade-long tenure there, she assumed various marketing roles, one of them being the Associate Director Tactical Marketing for the EAME region. Subsequently, she served as a Customer Experience Manager with high-profile companies such as Virgin Atlantic and UCB Pharmaceutical in Belgium, further honing her skill set.
In her current position, Katerina plays a pivotal role in propelling MHV’s marketing ventures forward and spearheading innovative initiatives for the creation of exceptional luxury lifestyle destinations.
Overseeing the sales, organization, promotion and marketing for MHV’s real estate development department Andreas focuses his expert attention on the Landmark Residential and Office Towers, Park Tower Residences and Aphrodite Hills Resort & Villas. He brings to the role a deep understanding of the local market, coupled with extensive knowledge of strategic positioning and a finger on the pulse of current industry trends. Continuously striving to achieve consensus-based decisions Andreas excels in both internal and external communications.
Following his BSc in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education Andreas took on key sales and operational roles in tourism and real estate, thus bringing extensive experience in the marketing, promotion and sales of luxury landmark developments to his current role. A keen follower of world economics and politics, Andreas enjoys good food, traveling and spending time with family.
Elena joined MHV in 2020, focusing her real estate expertise on Park Tower Residences and Aphrodite Hills Resort & Villas. In her role with the group, Elena’s core responsibilities include real estate sales, communications, networking, market research and establishing strong, efficient partnerships. A consummate professional and a firm believer in the power of teamwork for successful collaboration, Elena focuses on truly listening to her clients to fully understand their needs and demands. To Elena, this is where the magic of successful cooperation starts. In fact, it is her commitment to building long-lasting relationships with clients that has been a key driving factor in her career success.
Holding an MA in Arts, Culture and Theater studies, Elena also boasts a wealth of professional experience in high-end real estate and communications. She started her career as a Radio Presenter at Russian Wave Radio, before gathering significant experience as a Sales Executive for ReLux Estates from 2015-2019 and Allea Group from 2019-2020. Consistently upholding high standards of quality, ethics and honesty in all her endeavors, Elena also enjoys sports, reading, cooking and traveling.
Overseeing the ongoing corporate administration of MHV’s group of companies in Cyprus and Greece, Idalia reports directly to the Group General Counsel and works closely with the external company secretaries and legal advisors to ensure all corporate administration remains up to date. A highly-skilled professional in the field of corporate administration, Idalia boasts extensive experience in various multi-national environments, handling international client portfolios and ensuring adherence to relevant corporate laws and regulations. A graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Idalia holds a degree in French Language and Philology. She has also attended numerous professional development seminars from the Cyprus International Institute of Management, such as ‘Companies Law and Administration Procedures’ and ‘Communicating Effectively’, as well as various courses on global financial crime and anti-money laundering laws and regulations. A firm believer in continuous personal development, she always approaches life with courage, turning challenges into opportunities. She enjoys swimming, hiking and practicing yoga.
Tapping into a wealth of professional experience in the field, Stelios brings a high level of skill, expertise and leadership proficiency to his position at MHV. As the Technical Manager, he is responsible for the management of all professional disciplines involved in the development of MHV’s portfolio, such as project architects, engineers and other consultants, as well as contractors and subcontractors. His role involves close coordination, supervision and support to ensure the scope of work conforms with the project’s budget, time schedule and development guidelines.
Thus far, his expert hand has been involved in the construction and fit-out of the Nammos and LPM restaurants at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol, The Retail Village boutiques, as well as the new MHV offices and the Park Tower Residences. After earning a master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Stelios began his career in architectural and structural design, progressing within the industry with roles at prestigious contracting and land development companies in Cyprus. This includes work on projects like the Jean Nouvel Tower 25 in Nicosia, Limassol Del Mar and the Elysium Mediterranean Beach Resort in Paphos. Continuously working to stay up-to-date with new developments, techniques and materials associated with the development and construction industries, Stelios enjoys reading scientific and technical publications.
Yiota joined MHV Group in April 2022. With over 17 years of work experience with the largest media, cosmetics and pharmaceutical companies in Cyprus, Yiota has gained valuable experience in the Public Relations, Sales and Marketing sectors. Currently, she is engaged in implementing an effective PR & Communication strategy for MHV’S existing and newly developed projects. She is also responsible for ensuring that the PR and Communication strategy is creative and engaging to achieve the group’s overall business objectives. Yiota’s extensive experience in planning and organizing corporate and lifestyle events, galas, concerts, exhibitions and conferences has contributed to her impressive career growth. Her personal interests and involvement in the community have led to numerous significant corporate social responsibility activities and events touching on environmental and social life aspects. Overall, her passion for creativity and innovation has led to a myriad of outstanding results in her personal and professional life. She enjoys engaging in inspirational conversations with new people who bring fresh and interesting ideas.
