On March 8th, in celebration of International Women’s Day, Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa curated by MHV, honored the exceptional women who are integral to our organization’s success. This day was marked by a series of thoughtful initiatives aimed at empowering and supporting our female team members.
In a special gesture, we offered our female staff dedicated sessions with a psychologist, creating a safe space for open dialogue on important topics such as building resilience, managing workplace anxiety, overcoming depression, and fostering self-love. These sessions were designed to provide valuable resources for mental well-being, reflecting our commitment to the holistic support of our team.
In addition, through our CSR strategy, we chose to support Europa Donna, a renowned organization dedicated to breast cancer awareness and support. By purchasing bracelets and key holders, we not only contributed to a significant cause but also demonstrated our solidarity with women affected by breast cancer.
To enhance the work environment, we gifted aromatic candles to create a more soothing and pleasant atmosphere in our offices. These thoughtful touches are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a positive and supportive workplace.
This initiative was supported also by the women of MHV, whose participation underscores our collective commitment to empowering women across the whole MHV Group. We are proud to reaffirm our dedication to creating an environment where every woman feels respected, valued, and empowered to succeed.
