As part of MHV’s unwavering dedication to social responsibility and community engagement, Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol, proudly participates in Marriott International’s pioneering initiative to recruit refugees. This program is closely aligned with our core mission to create employment opportunities for individuals who have faced extraordinary hardships and have been compelled to leave their home countries in search of safety and a new beginning.
In July alone, we were honored to welcome 12 new team members, all refugees, to our housekeeping department. This milestone would not have been possible without the exceptional leadership of our Executive Housekeeper, Eleni Zacharia, and her outstanding team. Their relentless efforts in reaching out to the refugee community, fostering a safe and inclusive work environment, and offering dignified employment have been central to the success of this initiative.
Our commitment to this cause is ongoing. Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, is dedicated to continuing and expanding our efforts to recruit refugees, ensuring they not only secure employment but also find a supportive and respectful workplace within our organization.
